Important Safety point in respect to use of products

We recommend supervision from an adult when children under the age of 8 are using the products. We try to give an accurate indication of each product, but this is a guideline and the adult purchaser must accept responsibility for the product suitability. Some kits contain small parts; great care must be taken when these are used by small children. Children under 3 years old should not use these products.

Protective clothing should always be worn when using kits as paints could stain
clothes.

Pricing and Availability

The prices of the goods are those specified on Suzbags o fun website. There will be an additional charge for delivery. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The purchase of products from the web site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and disclaimers. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and disclaimers.

When purchasing products, it is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched by us. Should a product be shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, suzbags o fun shall not be obliged to sell you that product.

You have to be 18 years of age or over to buy our products. As the purchaser you must confirm that the credit card or debit card that is being used is yours.

This web site is directed to customers from the United Kingdom.

Suzbags o fun makes no representation that any product or service referred to in this web site will be available or appropriate for use in other locations. There is no charge imposed by us for access to this web site, but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit. Access to this web site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

We accept no responsibility for the web sites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to this web site. Your dealings with persons found via this web site are between you and such persons and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such dealings.

All reasonable care has been taken to check all information on this website. The product details, descriptions and prices are offered without any liability whatsoever and we do not warrant that all the product descriptions on this site are complete, accurate, current or error free.

The contract between suzbags o fun and the customer only becomes binding when Bags o fun accept the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. Suzbags o fun is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on Suzbags o fun Web site.

Should we find for whatever reason we are out of stock, we reserve the right to not accept your order. If we are unable to get authorization for your payment, or if we identify a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to refuse the order. If we are unable to fulfill an order following our order acknowledgement we shall contact you by email or telephone to advise you of the situation for you to have an option of cancellation or delayed supply on the understanding our stocks are replenished rapidly.

All credit/ debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If security checks show a discrepancy in information supplied to us, or the card issuer refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All risk in the goods will pass to you after payment to us and delivery has been made to you.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms or the website. We shall not be liable fro any loss, damage, data non delivery, misdelivery, corruption, or other modification, expense or injury direct or consequential, howsoever caused through information or product supplied, supplied late or not supplied. Interruption of business, computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the website, including hyperlink to and from third party websites. Also, events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from the use of the website. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

NO details given by customers will be passed on by Suzbags o fun to any third party.

2.Delivery information.

Where we send orders to. 
We can send orders to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Method of payments

Method 1. On line. You can use most credit cards for Orders which can be accepted via Pay Pal . Any order not accompanied by the correct authorized secure online payment will not be processed.

Credit card details cannot be accepted by telephone.

Method 2. Post. Should you prefer to order by post this can be done by requesting an order form by email using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Send the completed order form back to us with a cheque or postal order to: Suzbags o fun, Leaside, School Road, Windlesham ,Surrey, GU20 6PD . Include postage and packaging costs (see table below) with your total please.

 Method 3 .Telephone 01276 453925 –Orders may be placed over the phone. Payments can be made by cheque which will need to be cleared before order can be released.Cheques should be made to Suzbags o fun.

Deliveries. 

Where possible the products are dispatched on the same day as the order. Please note if orders are placed after mid day. You will need to add another working day. ( Working days are classed as Monday to Friday)  Sometimes we are unable to fulfill urgent orders, so please telephone us before placing your order if it is 7 days or less to your party.   

We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders outside England and Wales. We would therefore advice you to order in good time for these areas. We cannot guarantee royal mails /carriers recommended times and cannot take responsibility if orders take longer than the 5 working days stated to arrive.

Should you have a complaint please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

If you are concerned that the goods have been damaged in transit you will need to keep all the packaging and good for inspection until we can settle the matter.  

Product Delivery.
Products will be sent to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Where possible, all orders paid for by credit card will be delivered within 5-7working days. (Unless you have opted for the 2 day delivery.) Should part of the order be out of stock, these items will be sent out later. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract.

Return of goods
Incorrect orders, quantities, or damaged goods must be returned within 7 working days from receipt of delivery in order to receive a refund, exchange or replacement. (Receipt of delivery is defined as the day shipment is received by you- the day a signature was taken for goods.)
We will need to be informed before you send items back to us via e-mail at suzbagsofun@aol .com. You will need to tell us the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. Other details required include your name, and postcode, so please have these available. Failure to do so may result in delay of any refund. It is important to notice the following points.

1. Any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package. All items will be inspected on their return to Suzbags o fun.

2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach Suzbags o fun. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.

3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require.

4. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to Suzbags o fun. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

5. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you; otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.

By accessing this website you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will govern all order contracts between you and Suzbags o fun generated through the use of this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.Suzbags o fun reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions as and when necessary.

This price list supersedes all previous lists; we will try to maintain prices until the publication of our next price list, but reserve the right to increase prices prior to notice. When producing a price list of this complexity a small amount of errors can occur, if this affects your order you will be notified as soon as possible before the order is processed. If there is an amount owed to us and it is less than £1.50, you may add it to your next order, any greater amount we reserve the right to alter the amount charged to your account (WITHOUT ASKING PRIOR PERMISSION) to compensate for the above.

All specified sizes, weights and thicknesses are approximate.

We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose, customers are asked to make their own tests before making large orders. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used, or any products that have been cut. If you are unhappy with the quality of our products or they arrive damaged, please contact Suzbags o fun as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund. If you have ordered the wrong goods, we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the postage both ways and they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase, always obtain and keep proof of posting.
